Perhaps the most popular land in the Magic Kingdom, Fantasyland is what most people think of when they think of Disney. This is the area behind the castle that houses all of the fairytale attractions. You’ll be immersed in imagination and wonder as you pass by the castle and ride flying pirate ships, zoom into the diamond mines with the seven dwarfs, go under the sea with Ariel, and meet your favorite princess.
Fantasyland had a major expansion in from 2010 to 2014 that, effectively, doubled the size of the land. 3 new attractions were opened, a restaurant, and Mickey’s Toontown Fair was turned into Storybook Circus. Since there is so much to see and do in Fantasyland, Storybook Circus will be broken down another post. This post will include everything in Fantasyland, minus Storybook Circus. Storybook Circus is a subsection to Fantasyland, as it is separated from the main part, so it is easy to separate the two.

Conclusion
Fantasyland is, by far, the largest land in the Magic Kingdom, and this doesn’t even cover the entire land. If you want an authentic “Disney” experience, where you get to experience the classic Disney animated movies that we all know and love (in real life), then this is the area for you.
